"Cool Camel kept my elderly mother cool in a time of need. Her air conditioning sprung a leak on the hottest day of the year. I called Cool Camel at about 4:30 pm and they informed me that they could have a technician out first thing in the morning. However, it wasn't a half an hour later that they called me back and said they could pull one of their guys off of a job to at least find out the problem.
